Mercedes Benz Fashion Week – Jl+B featuring LFR Designs

At the recent Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Mexico, the hot design team of Jesus Ibarra and Bertholdo Espinoza of Jl+B, featured LFR Designs jewelry. The Jl+B runway show was a huge success, and the stunning models shined in Leslie’s designs.

Jesus and Bertholdo, both architects by training, love the purity of their clothing line and understand, without a doubt, the importance of color to achieve balance and proportion in their creations, which can be found in the International Hall at the Palacio de Hierro. They have been recognized by the Mexico Fashion Group with its Silver Star; on two occasions they have been named “The Best Haute Couture for Women” by the Lycra Mexico Fashion Awards; and by Architectural Digest as iconic designers in 2009 for their collection inspired by Mexican architect, Luis Barragans’ work, thus confirming their undisputed leadership role in Mexican fashion.

We were honored that such up-and-coming fashion stars selected us to adorn their models, and we designed two lapel pins for the designers to wear during Fashion Week. Reviews of the runway show were outstanding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for these fine designers. They were most enjoyable to work with, and we look forward to partnering with Jl+B in the future.
